On 2013+ ural, they use herzog gear? By the way, dealer informed me that repair parts shipped from US.

gearbox has Herzog gears and the timing gears in the front of the engine are Herzog.

Update, got parts from shanghai importer today. local dealer take out the camshaft and tappet without remove engine. Several front head cover screw broken. Ordered some online, maybe this weekend it can be fixed.

When front head screw arrived, they will flush the engine, refill the oil. Please advise if I should remove the oil pan take off the oil pump Strainer or another place i should pay attention to clear. Thanks

I pick up my ural today, ride 100km. Engine tappet sound normal, 2 or 3 gear 1/3 throttle, jump and hesitate. I think 2 cylinder unbalance result in lifter damage, the problem till exist. Maybe i should connect dealer tool to balance or drill install the vacuum port Connect harmonizer…

Yes you should check the balance, both at idle and at 3000 rpm.

Do you know what EFI map you have installed in the system???

My recommendations would be to have OR 1.02 installed and then break in the engine as per the manual. Rig should get better running with more time / km's

I dont know my efi map, but dealer promise flushing the 1.02 after these days. I got harmonizer and matched barb from zoro. when i know ecu dealer tool could check the balance, i hesitate if i should drill that holes.
