My buddy showed me these. They are hilarious. It's sad to say I know more than one of these guys.

Re: How to ride a real bike
I was at a function once, on a Beemer. Dude walked up to me and said "if you don't have a Harley you ain't $#!+" so I looked at him and said "I have 2 Harleys, so you are saying I am $#!+ are you? I don't think I like being called $#!+" then ensuing conversation was epic (I was stone cold sober and having a good time and really was BigJames back then) and ended with the kid urinating on himself and leaving, in his car...a Bimmer... I love those people, they make lots of used parts for my Harley, the hard way...and are the 1st to pitch those cop seats we all love...

Re: How to ride a real bike
I was in the middle of a heated argument between 2 decked out HD Dudes about whether a Sportster was a girl's bike or was a "real" Harley. Both had all the branded leather, buckles, boots, dew rags, BUT NO BIKES! Lots of decals on their trucks, though.
past afflictions include limey motocars and bikes, R60/2, R65ls, and a Citroen.

You might have hit a little too close to home with that one.

Re: How to ride a real bike
I gotta say that the hipsters that make these videos are worse than the people they make fun of. In 40+ years of riding, I've never run into someone that insulted me or my bike because I was not on a brand they preferred. As a matter of fact, I've run into some pretty bad-a$$, hard core bikers that went nuts over my little Honda S90. And I've met posers and jerks on just about every brand of MC out there. I've also met a lot more really great folks on various brands and types of bikes. It's like everyone hating Corvettes. You only hate them if you've never owned or driven one.
Everybody is brave on the internet, just like everybody is brave on Facebook. To me, this is no different than the cyber bullying that goes on with kids in school. I'd love to see one of these booger eating computer geeks tell any biker, poser or not, to their face what they say in these vids. My guess is they'd probably poop in their pants at the thought of it.
Insecurity is a terrible affliction.
