How to subscribe to a forum

I already get a notification email when a topic to which I've posted gets a new reply, but I want to get a notification email whenever any new posts come into a specific forum. I can't seem to find a setting for that. All I could see under my control panel is that "You are not subscribed to any forums".

Are we prevented from subscribing to forums?

Click on any forum header and then all the way at the bottom left corner you'll see an option to subscribe to forum.
