Ira, local taverns, cafe's etc are great resources for who does what well. I haven't lived in Spokane for many years but a good local car/bike info source used to be the Top Cat tavern on the northside at Division and Francis.

I'm a pretty long way from help - & have been for years. I do live near a hospital - because I can't always fix myself. Urals are not rocket science, & working on your own mechanical property is a valueable skill to acquire - because NOBODY cares as much as you - about your stuff. I do occasionally send assemblies out for repair & machine work (like the toasty head I sent out) that came in a box with my bike.
Now that I have arthritis - I don't mind paying to have STIFF Bike tires changed - so I take the wheels off myself - & take them to nearest expert.
This is how I roll.

Ira, what do you need to have done? General MX, something specific? Other than an EFI or crankshaft replacement, anything that needs attention is within the ability any average person. Go to MyUral.com, https://lemoto.info/, YouTube videos, along with the MX section here in Sovietsteeds - sticky’s etc. are incredible sources.

Believe me, you can do it.
