timing out?

timing out?

Post by rivers » Tue Jan 29, 2019 12:48 am

Anyone else having constant (few times a day) problems with the forum not responding? Logged in or not I get the "SS not responding or unavailable" message. Usually happens a few times a day so I gt elsewhere and after a few minutes come back and it's often working again. Been going on for a month or so. No issues with other web sites but the others aren't phpBB. If it matters I'm on a Mac using Safari.
Thanks,
Joe

I have had the same problem when clicking on the email link to a subscribed topic, not so much when typing www.sovietsteeds into the bar at top of new page. I'm using google chrome.

OK at my end. That sort of error is often a network connection problem, not necessarily forum server.

I keep reading the title of this topic as being about ignition timing.

OK will keep an eye on it, but I can't seem to recreate the problem on my end.

Can you send me a screenshot?
