I like it. I wouldn't pay that much for a Russian domestic model 650, but it looks like a neat old rig.

That is a belt pouch for ammo clips for a MN91-30 rifle/ Looks to be clipped to a cross bar to mount it. I have some of those. Sturdy pouches.

Set aside a few hundred more to replace the grenade/alternator,install the 10 dollar rubber flap on front of rear fender that keeps the gearbox from getting blasted with road debris thrown from the back tire. I enjoy my 650 but didn't spend anywhere near that kind of money for it and it's a bitsa bike. Plenty of aggravation but once I got through the thing and fixed 20 years worth of w.w.i.d ----ups and crash damage from the dreaded previous owners its been reliable. The engine has failed on two occasions at 39k the right lower rod bearing disintegrated that required a complete tear down and replacement crankshaft, cam timing gears, oil pump. Then last year I some how managed to purchase some gasoline mixed with water the bike got about 20 miles and pooped out. Drained the bowls, and tank then racked the gas can and found about quart of water. The engine starts usually on first kick but that wasn't always the case it took quite while to get the Mikunis jet selection and adjustment optimized.
So yes I'm one of those loving owners but it's still an unrequited love.
