I know enclosed motorcycles are a thing, I've seen the monotracer and it's awesome. But is this actually a motorcycle?

Designed by Jim Bede and modeled after his Bede5 airplane kit. The first 34 were named the Litestar and the remaining 336 were named the Pulse due to changes in the company structure. The Litestar had solid go-cart tires for the outriggers while the Pulse had air inflated trailer tires making for a smoother ride. Both came with a choice of 250, 400 or 650cc Yamaha Vertical Twin engines. I replace my air cooled 400cc with a liquid cooled V65 from a Honda Sabre which is an 1100cc four cylinder. My 0 to 60 mph was significantly improved and the liquid coolant allowed me to replace the "toaster oven element" for heating with a proper car heater system from a Toyota. I spent two summers in a machine shop hybridizing the rear end suspension and drive system from the chain drive Yamaha to the shaft drive Honda.
