wanted: R gen 1 ecu/throttle body

I am new to the board so take it easy old timers. I have a 2018 Gear up with less than 200 miles. The bike was used for a vodka company promotion. It has a bad R ECU. It's hard to swallow the price of a gen 2 EFI conversion. I just need the R ECU but obviously would consider any advice or options.

I have the Left and Right electrojet throttle bodies along with the complete wiring harness from my 2015.
I would sell.
They are stock, would benefit from an offroad map, they have the black butterflies. Nothing wrong with them, other
than being electrojet, and I wanted the stage 2 Keihin setup.
I will not separate them, sold only as a package, 275. post paid.

I don't mean to butt in on a sale, but should the original poster not get a chance to buy those throttle bodies? I know it was their first post ever and they might never come back... but I think they'd be incredibly sad to learn they successfully turned up a useable throttle body and then lost the chance to buy it 90 minutes later.

For what it's worth, I'd pay $300-400 for a pair of good Gen 1 throttle bodies all day long, just to have them in stock. Last time I sold a used one, I priced it at $260 (for a 2017 TB).

For WY Ranch Ranger's benefit, I'll mention that it is okay to mix a 2014-2015 throttle body with a 2016-2018 throttle body. They use a different size compliance flange to hold them to the cylinder head, but that's the only real wrinkle to mixing them on a single engine. (2014-2015 use IMZ-8.128-01811-10, while 2016-2018 use the slightly larger IMZ-8.1040-01811. I've had to do this once to keep someone running, and it turned out fine. Even got IMWA's blessing beforehand, just in case.)

I may be wrong, perhaps the OP was hoping for an inexpensive fix, rather than the entire shooting match?

Either way, it is a good buy for someone.
