reverse on a 1949, I don't think so. Way over priced in my humble opinion.

The ad calls the MG 42 "a replica rifle". As we know the MG 42 was a German weapon, not Russian and was certainly not a rifle.

My suspicion is the owner got snookered by someone, probably at a bike show, and is trying to recoup his investment.

Is anyone else distracted by the extra-long sprue on the spare tire?

I hadn't noticed them before, but now that you point them out, they remind me of those spikes you install on surfaces upon which you do not want birds to perch. :D
