Ural Owners Appreciation Day and Poker Run-Kissell Motorsports, Tyrone PA

Hello all! I'm the owner of Kissell Motorsports in Tyrone PA and we're holding our second annual Ural Owners Appreciation Day on Saturday, Sept. 8th at our dealership from 10-5. Sorry for the late notice, but this date coincides with the recently announced Ural International Ride Day 2018. We will award prizes for farthest distance traveled on your Ural to our event and most tricked out Ural (judged by our staff). We will also offer a couple of prizes during our poker run. The itinerary is as follows:

10:00-1:00; Ural demos and free lunch, 20% off all riding gear and Ural accessories

1:00- 3:00 Poker Run

3:00-4:00 Prize give aways

The poker run will be a mix of paved and gravel roads and will take us through Black Moshannon state park. This is a beautiful state park with an excellent camp ground if you're coming in from a great distance...thx! Edit: Also wanted to mention for those that don't like to camp, the Comfort Inn off of the Pinecroft exit near Altoona offers our customers a nice discount. Simply mention Kissell Motorsports when booking.

Darn it. Looks like a great ride. Unfortunately I'm committed to be about 50 miles west of home (SE Cleve) at 7A the next day.

I would suggest this ride if anyone is considering it. I was in the area of central Pa. a couple weeks ago and was amazed at how beautiful it is. I lost one of the centerstand springs on my M70 so I stopped by and these folks didn't have one in stock but zip-tied it up for me anyway. Central Pa. is a surprisingly beautiful area and the Kissell team are a nice bunch of folks.

My husband got his Ducati from them, and I will be down soon to have my bike looked over. We have had very good experiences with them. I almost bought a retro Moto Guzzi from them, they were going to package it with the Ducati, but after sitting on the Gear-Up I had eyes only for the Russians!
