Will be in Ormand Beach from 7-11 , staying at Casa del Mar . Having a hard time finding an enclosed trailer with a door big enough to drive through without removing the sidecar from the motorcycle. My understanding is that if I don't move the top adjusting brackets , I should be good to put it back on ,just like I removed it... 2 bolts off/on the upper brackets and the " clan shell " ball clamps , off/on. Is this correct ? Should I plan on realigning it , toein / lean out , after I hook it back up ? I'll be there ,one way or another , and I'm looking forward to meeting everyone on Thursday . Bob K.

I'm hoping that we can all hang together. Last year, they did a park-in-line-as -you -arrive thingy and we were spread out all over.

Okay, you talked me into it - Sidecar Day here I come. Not near the band, not next to the steak cooker (animal fat shower), not next to the toilets (tired of handing people towels) and not next to those God awful Trikes with VW motors and spikes all over the place and welds that would make a Ural factory welder cringe.

Got a new knee and it's ready to rock and roll. See you there unless the weather is bad, my dementia act up and my Ural starts. It's been awhile.

Hi Bob,
Can't advise on your above Q's....maybe ask/post in Help/Wrenching section?
Hope you have a safe journey! See you Thur. ....

Brian Crene: we will tell the Staff parking crew, the 'troops' must stay uniform :wink:

Daydream, 8) - You are so close, may as well swing in.

We are getting geared up - Norton just installed 'beer wagon' :D and painted entire rig 'Clay Camo', as shown below....
{please note, this is not 'Ody', this is Norton}

Daydream, did you get a new left knee, right knee, or wee knee?

LRP, I could use a new wee knee! Two tongue depressors and a rubber band still works though. I will be good to see everyone again.

sigh, not going again this year. Last week of a 5 month (3 month per contract, that's 5 months contractor time) home reno that has really messed up a lot of stuff. Someone video the event this year, please. Will be in the keys the next week, not sure which rig yet. Y'all have fun!

We were planning on making the ride up to Daytona tomorrow, but just found out that the cT lost reverse in the new replacement transmission. Gene and Kenny if you're reading this, it looks like I'll be giving you guys a call again on Friday.
