Turkey Day Ride

Post by IVANGROZNEY » Sun Oct 17, 2010 3:37 pm

This is a day trail riding in the New Jersey Pinebarrens. Saturday Nov. 27

We will meet in Brendan T. Byrne state forest at the Pakim Pond parking area at 10:00am. Ride untill 4 or 5. Everyone bring you own sandwich and steel thermos of coffee or what ever you want to pack for lunch. We usually take breaks every hour or so.

I'm there, likely with the Mrs riding hack.

I'll leave the house at 8am and scout around the area, getting in some riding before 10am.

If anyone else might arrive early, let me know, we can meet up.

I'm not a new face, but I'll be there.

It's supposed to be a sunny, albeit chilly, windy day...

That sounds better than some of the days that we've sweated our butts off out there.

Of course, I'll be trailering in while sipping a latte' and you'll be questioning the existance of your fingertips(again :P )

I've got big ol' hand guards coming UPS ground...the question is...when they will arrive? Might end up being a midnight install job! I'm too cheap to pay for faster delivery.

Yep, that's it. Just look for Pakim Pond signs after you enter the park.
