I love the plan of taking in the local flavor along a trip... But that sandwich shop will have a serious negative impact on your route and it's take-out only though I could suggest a decent park a few miles away.

The forecast has been downgraded from showers to periods of rain but just dress accordingly.

I would certainly prefer perfect weather but woods riding in the wet isn't too bad, at least it keeps the dust down.

There are times when there are showers throughout the area, but we seem to miss them.
We’ve come back to find camp drenched but we didn’t get rained on in the woods.

GREAT JDH! We didn't let the weather hold us back. Saturday in the pouring rain we still got in a pretty formidable ride, didn't even get anyone stuck! Dominick said it was like riding in a log flume most of the way. LOL

Speaking of which, if anyone has any cool pics/vids of Dominick and I, please share!

I'm going to try to put together a video of recovering Eric's rig Friday.

Joyce and I had a great time on Friday for our first trail ride. We really enjoyed the fellowship and camaraderie, and we will try to be back for the Spring ride next year.
