2023 edition of the Lake Pepin 3 Speed Tour over the weekend. The weather was great and I survived.

85 miles over two days around Lake Pepin lugging 100 lbs of 3 speed bike, plus gear, and almost 400 miles each way on the Ural. It wouldn't be a Ural Adventure, though, if something didn't go south.

Took me about 45 minutes to get the bearing retainer back in place and knock out the last 60 miles back home.

The dust cover being the same color and texture as the pavement created an optical illusion that was throwing me for a loop there.

That dust cover bit the dust.(sorry) The spacer got pushed out of it, so I rode it home with spacer sans cover.
