New Hobbies
I haven't been around much lately. I started a motorcycle blog last summer and I've been dabbling on the YouTubes. I didn't think coming up with something to write every week would be that time-consuming.
I just uploaded my first Ural video. Aside from the mic issue and some less-than-expert piloting, I think it is a good start. I'll have to keep working at it. At least it isn't 40 minutes long like my first Goldwing video.

Beautiful scenery! Thank you!
Politics is like warfare, with a slightly lower body count, unless, of course, the Clintons are involved.

I'm discovering that many Ural owners also own or have owned GoldWings, like myself. Do you think that's strange. Yes, GWs are popular bikes, but they are so anti-Ural. Powerful, buttery smooth, sleek, refined, low (but challenging) maintenance?
About the only thing they have in common is lots of storage and owners seem to be a little "long in the tooth". (Probably due to the the cost.)
How does one go from wanting the most refined motorcycle, to the most unrefined? Perhaps, because it's SO different?
Any thoughts?

Re: New Hobbies
To be fair, I had the Ural first. After a week-long, 1200 mile trip through Death Valley and Las Vegas, I almost immediately bought a Goldwing for longer distance excursions and blasting interstates. Different bikes for different tasks. That's why I'm also shopping for a 3rd bike to add to the fleet.

What are you using for editing? I find Davinci Resolve to be the easiest for my music projects. It does take some time but it's way easier than the last program I had.
I've gotten in to watch modding... Should do some videos on that.

Re: New Hobbies
I also use Davinci Resolve. I paid for Studio so I could use the GPU rendering function. I find it easier than Premiere and also cheaper. I need a lot more practice but it is pretty straightforward as NLEs go.
