St. Francis Motorcycle Museum - St. Francis, KS

Post by CamaroEric » Sun Dec 01, 2019 7:05 pm

We just explored this museum in northwest Kansas and had planned to Ural there from Colorado, but with the unusual amount of snow, ice, and sub-freezing wind (gusts of up to 80 mph) I sadly agreed with the GF that her car was the more comfortable option for this trip.

Anyway, if you get a chance to visit this museum, I highly recommend it! There were motorcycles dating back to 1898 or so as well as a bunch of 1 or 2 of a kind bikes. I hear of another museum in central Kansas, the Kansas Motorcycle Museum, that is also supposed to be good, but I have not yet visited.

Here's another good one if you're in or around Indiana, hiding inside an HD dealership ...
