Anyone have any insight on what spout can be used with these cans?

Ya gotta make your own. Member here turned out a few on a lathe that you add a hose to but that was a one time deal many years ago so now NLA. I've seen some home made using a plastic plumbing threaded hose barb that you add o-rings to ensure proper fit/seal and attach clear fuel grade hose to the exit end.

Sounds like it would be easier to strap a long neck funnel to my luggage carrier and just pour the gas in.

You need a long neck funnel to service your Ural anyway, so why not keep one on your rig?
yeah, I might be addicted to brake fluid. But I can stop any time I want.

Funnel will suck if it's windy. I learned that the hard way. I emmidiatly bought the proper nozzle for the can I had.

Add some rain to that wind for extra points.
I've yet to run out of fuel, but if when I get flats is any indication, it will probably not be on a nice day.....

For transferring fuel, may I suggest using a cheap harbor freight hand pump? May take a few minutes, but its less mess and you don't have to remove your can.
Have fun now, while you still can.
