finish is pretty rough, especially the chrome.
came with pretty much everything though.
went through the fuel system, new lines, flushed tank,
disassembled carbs. reset needles from 4.5 to 2.5, installed new fasteners on float bowl.
picking up some stuff tomorrow, like fuel filters, petcock gasket etc.
I guess ill get an inner tube too, cause there’s no spare.
starting good, running good, through 2nd gear anyways.
need a chance to give it a decent run now and be able to trailer it home if she s#*ts the bed.
thanks for the tips guys..

Geez, looks pretty good in the photo. Probably better than some of the rigs that get flogged offroad by members here. The flat paint should buff out. Steel wool may bring the chrome back to something presentable.

I would think that salt air on the Cape is not conducive to any chrome looking good if not taken care of regularly. Maybe a corrosion inhibitor for storage periods during the winter like ACF-50 or similar.

Welcome to the zoo.

Nice looking rig
Congrats

Autosol and light steel wool will do wonders on the chrome.
