Agreed. I bought the K335's specifically for the Moab trip. They performed superbly in the sand. I'm planning to ride the Ural from Colorado to New York and back next month. I'll be switching the K33's out for Uralshinas.
Cheers,

Howdy Leftka, I agree, the hf308's are very good for the road. I have a little over 8,500km. on original pusher 308 and could probably get 10,000km. as I am retired and not in any hurry to get anywhere.

This year I want to explore dirt trails more and I am looking at the hf307 or the Kenda 335, which ever will last the longest. I understand they are both good off road and it seems the hf307 may last a bit more and for the price, it's a win win.

I ordered 3 Duro hf 307's from the Maniacs and also some dyna beeds. Good price, free shipping, but Ohio has to pay sales tax.

You ordered dyna beads from them? I couldn't find those or tubes on their site.
Thanks!

I placed a phone order and he asked if I needed any rim straps, tubes, or dyna beads so I know they have them. I think they should update their web page and, while they are at it, make it more user friendly.

3,500km from the original Russian, between 2,500 & 4,000km from Mitas H01, 6,000 to 7,000km from Duro 308s and 7,500 to 9,000km from Heidenau K37s. I ride lot of constant highway ( Hay plains and the like) I reckon that constant 90kmh + speeds generate extra wear.
I wish we could get the Mitas here. I like that tread design, but have not been able to find them.

I didn't realize how good a deal I got from Gateway BMW at the Potosi rally. They let me have a Heidenau K37 for $108.

Howdy All,
Here is the latest update to the tire matrix.
Prices listed in bold, green italics indicate that the supplier lowered the tire price this month
Prices listed in bold, red italics indicate that the supplier increased the tire price this month
The tire price highlighted with a yellow background indicates the lowest single tire price offered by this group of suppliers. This doesn't include shipping, so it does not necessarily indicate the best deal. Once again, at the bottom of the matrix I've indicated the supplier that offers the best overall price with shipping included. This is based upon shipping to zip codes 10001 (NY) or 90001 (CA).
As I've mentioned before, if you know of a supplier that I've left off the list, let me know and I will add them.
Cheers,
Dan K.
Thanks for all the work. Used the Matrix to find Cedar Rapids Tire. They were very nice to deal with. Price same as Matrix and delivery was very fast.
