You are right about the 2" muffler clamp , HD pedal at https://www.ebay.com/itm/285151615459 and a 1/2 " coupling nut.
Between that HD clodhopper pedal and the HD Sportster muffler on my 2 into 1 exhaust it is hard to keep my Ural from wanting to turn into the biker bars along the road. The rig is kinda like a horse wanting to go to the barn.

I ordered the HD pedal this morning. Later this AM we received the sad news that my BIL, who bought my Gobi a few years ago, passed away today. He was in the hospital recovering from what seemed to be very successful heart surgery, was feeling great, and was supposed to go home tomorrow.
This is a shock to everybody ... all plans for the Ural road trip are postponed indefinitely so we can be with the family.

Took the 2 wheelers longer than I to transverse the rock pile, hense the backup. The GU Billygoat laughed at it.

That terrain looks rougher than what I would expect to be traversing with my 21 GearUP. So in your travels so far, has the Kalaber exhaust received any dents or has the muffler been knocked off given that it is on the left side? One benefit I was looking for with the left side muffler is that it would be quieter for both the passenger and the rider especially at highway speeds, which is where I expect to spend most of my time with this rig.

BTW we just got back from my BIL's farm where we are helping my SIL adjust to life after his death. We made lots of progress with getting her finances etc squared away. One of the tasks will be to bring the two GearUPs (11 and 06) stored there up here Ridgefield so she can get them off her books.

The 11 Gobi is the one I think I will do the bar none exhaust when it gets here later this summer, but for the 21, I am thinking about going with the Kalaber exhaust and skid plate. I have a Cobb skid plate still in the box to install on the Gobi. The 06, I want to keep stock..

Randy, I haven't had any issues with any of the connections n pipes coming apart or hurting the muffler on rock. Just a non issue. However, I wouldn't consider it quieter than the two pontoons as it definitely has a bit of a growl to it. You may be able to have caliber suggest a quieter muffler but can't really speak to whether quieter for tub rider or not as I don't have a rider out with me. I only went with the different exhaust system for purely practical reasons.
