Never heard of it?
But have never been on or had the need to be on Facebook either.
Other than sometimes folks posting Facebook Marketplace stuff here and viewing, will never have that need.
Guess I missed that train?

A bunch of my friends that were on FB have migrated there. Mostly because of FB's censuring policies...
I'm not going anywhere else. I'm tired of just checking FB and email...lolol let alone other places to sign in to...

Close to the this subject is how "connected " you are to Google. Of course you can set history options in Google. There are other easily obtainable search options that aren't so glaring and nosey. For androids there is DuckDuckGo. With Mac or Apple, Safari. *DISCLAIMER* I am self taught, don't use a computer for work. Only suggestions are being made.

Some are also leaving WhatsApp due to upcoming policy changes.
A software programmer friend (former coworker) of mine says "Let's switch to", however I am becoming more and more anti social'ist. :D I will soon upgrade to a flip phone.

A long ago someone on the Ural webboard said anything ending with ...IST is not good.

I don't need Facebook and probably not MeWe either. Thanks anyway.

Yep - all the in-depth info is here on the forum. More media outlets just means dilution and confusion.

If you want to talk about Urals & Dneprs, come here.

2003 Tourist - lotsa upgrades

Mm. I followed the Soviet Steeds Facebook group for a while, and gave up. More than a few posts start off in an innocuous manner, but then the comments devolve into a feces show of he-said/he-said. The wheat gets hopelessly lost in the chaff.

If MeWe is simply another flavor of the same product, no thanks (and I do know you mean well, John.)

This is the place to be.

I'm on FB. Had to join some years ago to keep in touch with a childhood friend whose health was going downhill. Don't like it all that much, but I am used to it at least. Not feeling a need to join other stuff. I agree with Lofty on the FB group. I had to leave it for the same reasons. Here is still good!
