engine stand - homemade
Finally found time to build a stand. Went to local scrap yard and picked up 2 53inch beams for $11.00.Have plenty left over for other projects.I am a better grinder than welder but it seems sturdy. All I have is a cheap MIG welder using flux core wire. My small jack fits between stand to help attach motor to stand. Stand is now black and drying in the TN sun..

1935 Harley Davidson VLD (bought in Jan 2021).
Bunch of other metric bikes for last 45 years, most missed is the 2003 Honda VTX1800

Had to make a minor modification, rear supports were too high and interfered with tranny, cut off(at an angle) about a 1/2 inch. I have since posting this put the top end back together, installed the clutch, and mounted the tranny. Stand really makes a huge difference when working on the motor.
