This weekend the wife and I had our families visit from across the country to celebrate our getting hitched this spring. We spent the weekend in South Lake Tahoe. The Gear-Up was indeed geared up; I had 3 mountain bikes and a whole bunch of other junk loaded up for the trip up Rte 50 from Sacramento. Also finally got to do some light off-road riding for the first time.

We even used the spot light to illuminate our grilling efforts.

:clap: Thank you for posting that vid, really enjoyed the music too.

At 29:27 when you turned right unto A6055 from A59 in Knaresboro;
If you had gone left (staying on A59) and then took the immediate right unto B6165 you would have ended up in Ripley in less than 5 miles. There in Ripley you could have taken a tour of the castle and enjoyed a world's famous ice cream while admiring the green vintage Rolls-Royce delivery van parked up outside the Ripley Store. :moto:

Nice joke, but yep I can do that, there's a village up the road (and go west a bit) called New York. Seriously! :o

Today's offering -

In fact I came very close to New York today, at 14:05 I cross a crossroads for which the lefthand road is also called "New York".

EDIT: ^ Reworked to fix some glitches.

and as a side note, I bought a pallet/pump truck last week and having no trailer (yet) I just put it in the tub.

Came back from couple of days in a pub / B&B about 50 miles away? Just before that spent the weekend at the Moto Guzzi club 'clox back' camp near Upton-on-Severn. Camping, and bluddy cold. Image
