I just ordered "Where Eagles Dare" from Netflix. What are some other great movies featuring sidecars?

The miniseries "The Winds of War" and its sequel "War and Remembrance" . Almost every scene to the German segments has a sidecar. A couple of scenes there are at least three. Couldn't id them all but there was a Zundapp in one scene.

My vote is for the very cheesy and very low budget "Rat Pfink a Boo Boo". The production budget was so small they couln't afford to correct the titling errors when the film was made. Cool BMW hack rig though...

Looks like Beaver Cleaver's neighborhood with all those vintage cars.

The indie "Bottle Shock", out now, features an older (80s?) Ural. It's a movie you might not ordinarily go see, but it's quite good. The Ural is used as basic transpo in and around the vineyards of 1970's Napa, California.

Also in "Private Ryan", the ominous NSU Kettenkrad tracked vehicle/
motorcycle with the 20mm Oerlikon cannon. The Kettenkrads are
what we need when the going gets too tough for the Urals.

Here's a link to a Kettenkrad site with a video of one negotiating a

"The Train" with Burt Lancaster (?). Several scenes where the Nazis have sidecar rigs.

"Where Eagles Dare" is one of the best WWII movies ever...

"Kelly's Heroes" is the other best WWII movie... no sidecars, but great movie nonetheless.
