AZ Foilheads: Anyone ever ride Senator Hwy?

Post by sagerat » Wed Dec 30, 2015 4:27 pm

I'm planning my summer tours and back when I lived in Arizona I drove the Senator Highway several times. It's a dirt road that was the original, or at least early, route linking Phoenix to Prescott. It goes through the Bradshaw Mountains and towns of Bumblebee and Crown King, IIRC.

Anyway, just wondering if anybody has been on it recently and what shape it might be in. I'll probably be on my GSA instead of the Ural, but you never know. I want to take another multi-state trip on the Russian mule. Thanks in advance.
