When I worked for the Texas Department of Healt and Human Services, we had one of the surveyors win a contest at Bosley. He was bald on top and was proud when he showed up at work with a toupee. Everyone told him he looked great, looked younger and looked like a whole new person that morning before we all left to go do surveys and such. Later that day, he came back to the office and went into the secretary's office to turn in some reports. All of a sudden, we all heard this blood curling scream from her, and he quickly dashed out of her office. We rushed in to see what had happened and she was sort of in hysterics, but also laughing. She told us that he had walked into her office and handed her some forms, but she had asked him how they day had gone, and he then wrinkled his brow and smiled at her. Apparently, that toupee had raised right up in the front of his scalp like the guy in that photo with it sticking up in the back. It has scared the hell out of her when it did that and she had screamed in surprise. She kept apologizing for her reaction, but the guy had run back to his private office and removed that hair piece. He never wore it again in our office afterwards. Everyone in the office laughed about it, but he was devastated, and it sure did a number on his ego afterwards.

Went to Duncan, Oklahoma this past weekend. Was looking at the brick pavers on the sidewalks which are all marked and in front of the stores or shops there. Found this one to be interesting in that lower right corner brick. Nobody seemed to know the story on that, but it apparently wasn't just a joke as none of the other multitude of bricks had anything similar on it. Poor Mr. Johnson...
