Yep. Your battery is on it's last leg. You've got the classic symptoms.
1. Stops e-starting
2. E-start possible after battery charges after kick-start.
3. More and more kicks to start.
4. "Stair Master of Death" to start.

Hook up some jumper cables to your car battery to verify...

It looks better than my Ural "desert junkyard" find...
