I was going to fashion some kind of cute cover for the terminals but opted not to; I'm still a little paranoid that the screws might work themselves loose and not having a cover over them allows me to keep an eye on them. Of course we don't get squat for rain out here so that issue hasn't been teste...

I've got a loose bearing in my pusher hub. It's not loosey-goosey loose, but it slips in and out of the hub without too much effort. I don't think it's actually spinning, but on the other hand I don't think it would take too much for it to start. I'm going to try some Loctite 660 Retaining Compound ...

for now... eliminate the "disconnect" with a piece of straight tube. It's a PITA, but you'll be back on the road.
