Mr Wazzock,have any idea what would be the down side (other than the obvious) to just going without a speed- o. i figured it out after talking to heindl, i need the output yoke, the splines are cut into that

totally konfused

the gear splines that drive the speedometer stripped out, so i ordered a new secondary output shaft but it doesn't have the splines cut into it. Are the splines in the secondary number 1 gear? It is hard to see in the imz parts catalog

what dealer are you buying from? I have only seen a couple urals here in tucson, one guy works at the pima air museum i bought mine from mark in prescott. Not sure where to buy but all the dealers in the state are in the Phoenix area. The closest in in Mesa but if I can get a better deal from anoth...

rescued this gopher snake from getting squashed. It was on the road at sunset crater National Monument at 7500" elevation. After posing for pics he went on his snakey way

Great weather at the dunes this weekend, not too hot but not cold enough for me, had fun trying to catch quads but they all got away. See fb for videos
