That's a nice jumpsuit! When you wear it with just a helmet, do you get pulled over much???

This is the way my foot pedal was when I got it. I've seen the stock location and my big foot in a boot is a snug fit underneath the carb. I think I would tend to drag the brake. So far, this mod seems ok.

Has anyone else moved the peg to where it is on mine?

Are the two legs solid? Or do they have some suspension in them? With solid legs, doesn't that give a stiffer ride?

Looks nice.

When I was stationed in Alaska I had a VW bug with a 'gas' heater mounted up under the hood, just above where the glove box would go (it was removed to allow the heater to fit). This was a little engine (not unlike an engine in one of those remote control airplanes) that connected to the fuel line a...

Whose troops are they? I see no rank insignia or any markings on any of the soldiers.

They all seem to have the same bolt action rifles. What are they? Mausers?

"The Train" with Burt Lancaster (?). Several scenes where the Nazis have sidecar rigs.

"Where Eagles Dare" is one of the best WWII movies ever...

"Kelly's Heroes" is the other best WWII movie... no sidecars, but great movie nonetheless.

Nice rig- I like that color. Kids are definately attracted to the Ural! None of these kids belong to me, but they loved climbing in/on the bike and each took turns on the drivers seat, the pillion, the hack. Until I noticed them standing on the carbs- I decided to gently give them back to their pare...

Venting a Gas Can

How do I know if my gas can is vented?
Why does it need to be vented?
How do you modify a gas can so it vents?
