Had my eye on this for awhile and think it could work nicely. There are other sizes too.
I believe that is what I put in the trunk on my Ural.

Dan, nice! Opposite Hardtale, Springer.

Back in 2004 I wanted to purchase Retro frame, fork, etc. from IMWA and drop a BMW R100 engine in. Never happened. :D
I’m going to try to build an 825cc high compression motor for it. Possibly running on E85 (100+ octane).

I am interested to see what you think of it after you run it for a while.

Re: Banned weapons

I want to see that pistol mounted in your machine gun mount. :P I was thinking the rifle on the right, 2 more rounds and a lot more punch. The rifle on the right definitely has a nice muzzle with gas compensator. 👍 The SVT-40 is a fun rifle to shoot, the muzzle brake makes it a bit loud for the peo...

Re: 2018 Gear-Up sidecar spotlights not working

I did the same as Barry on my 17 CT only I put the switch in the ground for the spotlight so I can shut it off completely. At night the spotlight interferes with the camera I have mounted in the MG mount so I turn the spotlight off when using the camera.

Chad (Tomcatfixer) and I were going to try to measure the advance curves at CRAP this year, but COVID sunk that idea.

Re: What's the max timing advance on the ElectroJet and Keihin bikes?

I’m not sure how that can be checked. Could a 2 channel oscilloscope monitoring the CPS and one of the coils be used?

Re: Look under that mat in your sidecar...

The tool kit bouncing around in the trunk of my 17 had worn through the paint so I coated the floor of the tub with truck bed liner.

Re: Low Fuel Light Not Working

Burt, I am worthless with anything to do with wiring, really am. No doubt, you're right, it's the sensor and I believe it's what the dealer ordered. I appreciate your response. You don’t want to try my sensor test if you are not comfortable with electronic testing, a wrong connection an sparks can ...

Re: Low Fuel Light Not Working

I'm the OP here and just noticed today that my low fuel light does show when I first start the engine. No doubt, a stupid question but does that fact indicate that the fuel light should be working okay? The Ural dealer does have a new part ordered. That is the speedometer doing it’s self test, all ...
