Thanks.... I've tied it up in the up position. I'll address the issue when I have to deal with the clutch or some other issue where I need to pull the gear box. The kicker will still function...it just need to manually return it to the up position and tie it off when done.

Kick starter

I used the kickstarter and the kicker did not return...no spring action. Anyone have an idea if I'm looking at something broken (spring) or if the spring slipped off a lug and just unwound? If they do have a habit if unwinded, is there a way to wind and get back spring tension without pulling the ge...

Wow... I dropped of three wheels for warranty repair of cracked rims. If you don't count the day they were closed..Heindle Engineering turned them around in a day. Way to go fellas... These guys rock! I can barely lace my shoes in a day let alone a few wheels

Out of the blue cracks appearing on three rims....good thing the 14's had an extra year of warranty. I'll send a note to my dealer tomorrow.

Try a timesert....I think they have "over size" repair kit for just this kind of issue. Expensive but they work
