Usually my Kimber Micro 380 but sometimes a Ruger LCP. Plus, my Kershaw Ken Onion spring assist which comes in handy several times a day.

Did you try taking the linkage off the shaft that runs through the frame and putting it back on one notch closer? It is explained at the end of the video. That should provide quite a bit of change.

good product called RU Glide helps getting the tire to slip on very easily. It's slippery at first, but gets sticky when it dries, so the tire slips on nicely, but the tube won't spin once it's dry. Napa sells it.

I had the same issue. It was the bolts on the sidecar brake rotor. Check that the bolts (I think there are 5) holding the rotor to the wheel are all tight. Look at the inside of the frame to see any evidence of rubbing or wear.
