Re: Idea: January/February Southern Arizona Rally in Quartzsite

This is not mud, this is desert pavement, so you can still drive on it....it's just kinda cold and dreary here right now...

But, this too shall pass!

Re: Idea: January/February Southern Arizona Rally in Quartzsite

We are getting a LOT of rain today! In the next campsite they are building an ARK!

Seriously, the washes are flooding and the rain is not supposed to ease up until later today!....it's a 'turd floater' as we say in Texas.....

Re: Idea: January/February Southern Arizona Rally in Quartzsite

Looking forward to that! Out here where we are, dogs are able to be off-leash and traffic and dust are practically non-existent...yet we are only about 10 minutes from town. I know you have plans at the RV park but if you come early, you can holler at me and I can come in to town and meet you and br...

Re: Idea: January/February Southern Arizona Rally in Quartzsite

Folks, I'm out here at La Posa South, with the government shutdown there is nobody to give money to, so for right now, the LTVAs are free....of course the BLM land is free also for 14 days limit. Temps are mild, nights are cool, traffic around the big RV show is heavy...but it thins out some as you ...

Wow their prices are high!

$35 bucks for a 3 foot crimped PL259 to crimped PL259 jumper. Other types of jumpers were even MORE expensive.

Re: Bought an E-Bike

It's been REALLY windy here for 2 days, but I went out riding the e-bike and pulling the pup trailer anyway. Traveling into the wind, I just cranked up the PAS. (pedal assistance level) It was like there was no wind, as far as pedaling effort. I did have some trouble riding broadside to the wind, bu...
