Its a tongue-in-cheek joke that apparently went over your head. The little emoji is a hint. So many owners have heard things like that from the dealers, its a standard 'joke' now days. When the answers have been provided, and the problem is on its way to being solved, its kind of obvious it's a joke...

Wow! SLOW DOWN and get a lot of practice at slower speeds. These bikes require a lot more 'body english' than maybe you realize. On the sharp or hard right turns, lean your body into them, and when preparing for a long right-hand sweeper, scoot your butt over towards the sidecar, and do what we call...

Mine leaked until I discovered the final drive bolts were not torqued correctly, once I did that, it never leaked again. Even the dealer missed that.

Is this a 2WD Ural? The final drives are different on 1WD.
