Chanellock makes an oil filter plier that works great. Try your local big box store. Mine are in the back barn. I'll put the part number up later. Item no.209 for the 9in ones.

I converted my '14 to a banjo bolt switch and haven't had a problem with it since. Strart by checking the switch amd circuit with a meter. Make sure the switch is getting power. If it is then check the switch. It should show continuity when the brake is depressed. If you're good to this point then c...

Spitfire MK2. I still cringe at the thought of pancake carbs with held-in-place-by-set-screws adjuster linkages.

Marantz 2230 amp, Klipsch speakers, bridged left/right crossover, stand alone Dolby unit, Gerard Lab 80 turntable. My old Teac tape deck died and hasn't been replaced. Added a Denon CD unit a good bit ago.

I use something called "The Must for Rust". It's an water based acid. Clean the metal as best you can, brush/spray on, and let dry. Steel turns dark and excess is a white powder. I wipe up the powder with a "Must" damp rag and let dry. Paints well. It's kept two 1/2in thick steel plate workbench top...
