2018 Copart Ural Knoxville

Not sure why it's at a salvage yard, maybe stolen and recovered? Might be a good deal if the price stays low.

Re: Non-Ethanol Blended Gas

FWIW, corn gas is really the only option around here and my rig's been happy with it for 7 years and 55,000 Km. When it starts running funky usually draining the float bowels clears it up.

Re: Why a Ural Costs 15K +

I'm continually amazed they can keep the cost down to $15-20,000 for such a low production unique vehicle. And they can stay in business doing so. The rear-drive and transmission dipstick is extremely difficult to see the oil level.
Another good reason to use Red Line Heavy Shockproof oil. It looks like runny strawberry yogurt and is really easy to see on the dipstick :D

I'm always puzzled by the need some feel to attack others ads.
probably the same reasons someone feels the need to criticize someone for merely stating an opinion. Lighten up!

"No known issues". He must not have tried to find parts for it  Looks nice but I wouldn't spend that for a 20yr old Ural

Re: BAD Head Shake from Low Speed

The deficiency the dampener is masking is you're trying to drive a lopsided triangle down the road  Every sidecar rig and plenty of regular bikes and cars need steering dampeners at certain speeds and conditions.

Re: stock exhaust

the stock pipes are not symmetrical on the 2wd, the outside pipe is high for ground clearance and the inside pipe is low to clear the 2wd. I found a couple old shots of mine before I changed over to modtops for you to compare your's to.
