A Dnepr can do what you want, but its going to take some effort on your part. They can be made dependable, but expect to pretty much rebuild the engine from the beginning. Mine is great for riding around back roads with a comfortable top speed of about 45MPH, although I have gone highway speeds (55)...

I did sell that trailer to BigJames, It's a nice custom build.
I'm pretty sure I traded 2 Ural Bottle cap wheels to Steve for the original Dnepr ones from Chads trailer.

I have front disc brake only. I was going over the bike and the pads look a little thin to me.
I only have 5,000 KM on the bike, so it should be good...
