Here is what I still need help with. Carbs throttles are synced but cant get the twin max to read even at idle or at full throttle. Also, OmI dont get hesitation but i am wondering if advancing the timing would take a little bit of the initial throttle gurgle out. Idle is good, from cold i needed to...

Ok, so update. 1. Spark plug, a little darker than they should be all around. and I re-gapped them to .040. 2. Hey guys, just to confirm should I follow the manual valve gap or is there a better option for the gap? I recall there being a better option than the manual.

Also I am curious, I believe I it sounds like the ignition timing is off (hall sensor issues) any thought or tests I can do?

Thanks everyone, ok, so did some testing. 1. I have good spark 2. Diaphrams appear to be ok 3. Fuel flow is good on both carbs 4. Float bowls have good fluid height 5. I have almost always at any temp had to start this bike from cold using the CHOKE. 6. Checked the air boots 7. Checked all fasteners...

Thanks for the replies so far guys.

I forgot to add at the same time of last servicing I changed the fuel hoses and the fuel T and cleaned the petcock. i also verified all the lengths and hose sizes as well. I had the old russian square T and now I have a new T.

I am guilt of letting the air pressure get lower than I should have but I was not riding it on low pressure. I am mostly worried about the rim.
