squids? Squid is also a term used to refer to sailors. Sometimes it is used jeeringly. When I was in the Navy, the standard retort when called squid by a Marine was (in a bowdlerized form): A squid is an animal that lives in the ocean and craps on Marine life. (Of course, we were guilty of jabs at ...

HackMonkey's Style A&B variations are super-excellent! My preferences: Style A, yellow background Style A, red background Style A with red star The all-B&W style A would look more to the point with a gray wrench (to set it off from the horse). The hammer & sickle in all four might be more to the poi...

My Logo Preferences

Thanks for all the diligent hard work, HackMonkey!

Here are my favorites, from most favorite to least favorite: 2, 1, 4, 3, 6, 5.

In 2, 1, 4, or 3, maybe make the wrench a little darker, and the horse the same gray as in 6.

I look forward to patches, cups, stickers, clocks, and pins.

The NAPA # 111X U-joint replaces the Spicer # 5-111X U-joint . I hope this helps . It does help -- very much. Thank you. I have updated the list. If you poke through my posts over on the R.I. Boards , you'll find the odd part #'s and brands of jobs I did on my Ural . Many parts differ between 650 a...

Good info all but it really should be cleaned up to reduce all the duplicate entires. The duplications are deliberate. Remember I wrote: Because I often have issues with the indices provided by tech manual authors, I have cross-referenced each part in several different ways. Spark plug information,...

I don't know -- but I knew a Massachusetts damyankee who broke his arm when he tried to do a wheelie on a UNICYCLE!
