Re: Break light wont turn off

Hi Dan

Thanks for the tip... I did as you explained and now it seems to be doing the trick. I think I'll order a switch anyhow for a back-up

Re: w@$#ing

I lived in Kingston Ontario Canada and rode my 2008 Gear-up 365days. Salt city there in Kingston and i rode it all winter long. I used de-eletic grease in all connections, and sprayed the frame, body, wheels with Krown rust spray. I have done this up until last winter and still no RUST or eletrical ...

Re: Lost a High mount exhaust Today

Thanks Darkblood, I found a commerical welder that just lives a few door down from where i do. He said to drop over tomorrow and he would fix it. SWEET... :boogie: And since I'm stranded I'll do a full service to her now. I'm going to try adjust the valve tappits for the first time. I've watched the...

Re: Lost a High mount exhaust Today

The FMF exhausts as sold by Raceway Do Not require rejetting. So assuming the parts you are using are the same or similar to their current syatem, except the mufflers, you should just be able to install new mufflers. Not trying to be difficult here, honest, but both owners in Canada (that I know) t...

Re: Lost a High mount exhaust Today

Sarge; As I understand it, the Wolf mufflers used on the "old" version of the Raceway 2-2 high exhaust are no longer available. I doubt they are missed. The current version muffler is an FMF PowerCore4 with a custom adapter and US Forestry Service approved spark arrestor inserts. If you notice in t...

Re: Lost a High mount exhaust Today

Been running the high mount single fmf now for a month. It is louder at 3/4 throttle but I can still hear my valves tappin. The fmf has a rubber aluminum strap around it which is attached to the the bracket to which your old muffler was attached to. Better than a weld and makes it easier to remove ...

Lost a High mount exhaust Today

Well I got two 1/2 years out of them, kind of a major bummer but $#!+ happens I guess. I will be ordering the New high mounts on Monday from Raceway. I hope the weld is stronger on them. http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa5/combatchef/DSC03406.jpg http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa5/combatchef/...

Sorry for not gettinng back to answer you...

Re: New Lift for my Ural

The lift was bought for two bikes, my other is a 07 Nomad. As for the WT issue yes there was a concern since the weight is on the left side of the life. To elevate this safety issue I blocked the left side of the lift when I'm using it for the Ural. http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa5/combatchef/...

This just might be true. We purchased Maggie from Dinsdale Standard Schnauzers http://www.eagle.ca/~dinsdale/ Maggie is 7 also. She loves to be the monkey.. I just have to be aware of cougars when I'm out in the back 40. We also have our first Schnauzer Issac Newton. He is now 12 and having alittle ...
