WTB Solo Seat Rubber Suspension Block

My "Rich Maund" super dooper Retro solo saddle will soon be done (my butt can hardly wait). I have my "rubber block" from my current seat, but I want to go "double duty" on my new saddle. I know this is a long shot, but one never knows. If you have a rubber block hanging around you would like to get...

I used the soap trick, but also started with the rubber "adapter" not quite all the way in place. By not having the rubber all the way on it sort of gives a little taper to the adapter, and the push of shoving the hub cap on also pushes the adapter into place. Mine went on very easily...

The first dual plug system I saw on a Harley used pretty much the stock ignition (both side of the coil fired at the same time), except for a couple "splitters" that plugged into the two plug wire outputs from the coil that had two plug wire outlets (four plug wires coming off of a two wire coil). O...

Had a lot of work done to my old Shovel before I sold it, including dual plug heads. The Shovel made a whole lot of grunt, but like a lot of builds where a bunch of mods are done, who's to know which worked, and which just cost money. This guy did my head work, and I am sure a lot of that new found ...

Like Patton said, "Success is how high you bounce when you hit bottom", adapt and overcome. If I quit every time I made a mistake, I wouldn't own a motorcycle, and I wouldn't still be married.

Damn those Japanese cars, and their four wheel disc brakes. We all have our "oops" moments, mine was completely my own fault. The lack of complexity of the Ural draws you in, and then the old "measure twice, cut once" bites you right in the butt....

Garage door type trunk.

I bought the "garage door" type trunk lock that was listed on the black market. First off, the guy who sold it is a straight up seller, no problems, lock was just as described. Prior to buying it, I e-mailed "The Eastern Block", and asked why their lock was described for "06" and later, and would it...

Handgrips Question

Quick question, easy answer for someone. Would a 2005 model Ural use standard 7/8 th handgrips? I have read that up to a certain date the Ural used handgrips "unique" to Ural, but what I read did not give the "up to" date. I want to replace my grips, need to know if this is a dealer item only.....th...

This could be an interesting twist to an old story. "I'm so sorry officer, I didn't mean to kill those 5 people, I made the left turn on my bike and didn't see the SUV coming toward me"....
