You are cross-wired somewhere. I did my own wiring with lights and resistor kit from superbrightleds.com. LED flasher from Autozone..

Way too tight. Tap oversized and go lighter on the torque.

Yeah. What DrFaulken said. I have recently had OR map updated. My mechanic said the factory map is all but unrideable. Warm it up like a Harley and no problem.

Two of the reasons I run E3.32 plugs. Factory gapped and covers both heat ranges.
