Re: Whitewall tube tires?
I have Atlas portawalls with Duro 308s on mine. I bought the portawalls on eBay for $65. They shipped from Turkey.

Re: DNEPR 650cc Weak or No Spark
Chilidave20, Great looking rig. I noticed that you have an Inertial supercharger. I have one as well. When I added it a year or so ago It smoothed out the engine and had a slight impact on throttle response. This past weekend I added a boost bottle from a 700cc snowmobile engine. It had a noticeable...

Re: Going from a type 1 ignition to a type 3
I found this on the web and it may help. http://www.dnepr-kiev.com/instalation-of-electronic-ignition-on-a-motorcycle Something else to consider is that Terry Crawford sells the Type III ignition. He will be able to support you very well but the part will cost more. The quality of the parts Terry se...

Kliff,
This was offered by Heindl Engineering in Ohio. I bought the gearbox about a year ago and at that point there was not much else left. You could give them a call to see what they have available.

Re: Harley Davidson Electra Glide Stock Seat on a Ural
You may want to check with Gene at Holopaw Ural in Florida. He manufactures a setup for the HD police seat. Perhaps he is familiar enough with the seat you have to retrofit it to his set up.

Re: Going from a type 1 ignition to a type 3
I have not done this but I suspect others have. I went from a Type IV to a PowerArc and it was pretty straight forward.

Air Intake Tube
I created a new air intake tube for the left side carburetor on my rig today. Ever since I added the "Inertial Supercharger" it has really crimped the space for moving my foot/ankle for shifting. I made this out of a PVC elbow with a 1.25" ID and a fernco 1.5" to 1.25" reducer. I cut about 2/3" off ...

Re: Van Got "Karen'ed"
The police need to make an example out of the woman who started the whole situation. I don't see how this is any different than calling in a fire that does not exist. There is a high cost to deploying first responders to any bogus situation. Along with an apology to Van they need to impress on that ...

Re: 1996 Deco Classic
I have a 2001 Deco and love it. The mechanicals are simple but will require some looking after. If you are relatively handy or willing to learn you will find it easy to work on. Parts I've had to replace include voltage regulator, rear brake light switch, donut, battery, tires & tubes, rear main sea...

Re: Brake light stuck ON
The one they show in the picture looks different from mine. Mine is plastic with a plastic divider between the wire connectors. Also mine looks smaller. Just to make sure we are talking about the same thing, are you talking about the brake switch light or the switch that changes your headlight from...

Kliff, welcome back and thanks for the eloquent reminder to all of us to remember to ask for forgiveness for past transgressions. The forum is a little richer with you as a member.
Mr. Cob, thanks for showing all of us how to graciously accept an apology.
