I still think the price needs to be reconsidered.
To what? I have no idea. The rust scares people off. Anyone who has had to repair rust knows it can be a pain in the a$$. At the point where it's at now, you would as you said in one of the first few posts, be better off buying new fenders rather than repairing these.
But then you're at a point where you wonder if you're actually going to be able to find fenders in this color. If you can't (which you won't unless you do some serious and lengthy looking,) do you then buy some random fenders and attempt to color match to 13 year old paint? Good luck with that. The only other option is to repaint the whole bike, which can get EXPENSIVE.
Not trying to put you down, but it's been a month and you've been offering a finders fee for a good portion of that.
If you can't store it, you're going to have to cut your losses sooner or later.
