If it's cash all I had to do was mail a cashiers check for the total amount w/o sales tax or reg fees. I paid the sales tax and reg fees when I later went to the DMV/DOL and registered it. My dealer was out of state. Along with the bike came the needed reg forms. If you have to finance it I don't know how that's done and what's involved? In any case when registering it you will need to have the "original" Certificate of Origin (NOT a photo copy). There's only about 1/2 doz dealers I would trust to do the set-up and Pre-Delivery Inspection correctly. I'm not gonna list them here in fairness to those not on my list. On a new Ural, dealer set-up is "critical".
Give us a clue as to where you are located and you'll get a good dealer recommendation reasonably close to you.
