Appropriate that they brought back the Cavemen to ride it, huh?

I don't know who they're kidding, though. GEICO quoted me twice what I pay with Progressive.

Had Geico on my cars up to a few years ago and their premiums were becoming out of sight. My bikes are with Foremost Insurance through Harley Davidson. Like the commercial but towing the teardrop will void the warranty

When I started riding back in 2005 I had a 2003 Suzuki Burgman 400 and insured it with Progressive for about $230 a year. Got the renewal in 2006 and they wanted $320 for the same coverage with no changes in my record except for a year of experience under my seat. Got a quote from Geico for identical coverage for $220 - switched over and still with Geico, just paid $220 for the highest coverage they offer; my rate has remained the same for as long as I've been with them!

It varies by region, because each company has their own proprietary risk models. I'm just surprised at how different these can be.

When I was insuring my house, Met Life quoted me $12,000 per year while Travelers came in at $2,000. I'm guessing Met Life doesn't do a lot of business in Brooklyn!

We've always used USAA for car, and now progressive thru USAA (not sure how that works, but whatever) for our motorcycles. Couldn't believe it when our insurance went UP when we moved from Los Angeles (North Hollywood no less. Once the venerable car theft capital of america) to New Orleans. And it didn't go up just a tick, it went up quite a bit. Apparently New Orleans has a bit of an insurance fraud problem.

If you can stand hokiness, there's a scene in penultimate episode of Season 2 of the Librarians, entitled "The Librarians and the Happily Ever Afters". Unfortunately, the Ural only got a cameo appearance. The show might have been more interesting if they had more hot babes scooting around on Urals.
