DIY, camouflage paint or other?

has anyone tried to replicate the expensive factory camouflage paint, how about possibility of using the new vinyl overlays. can it be done successfully without removing lots of parts? :cheers:

I think the old adage covers this

Engine;
Fast, inexpensive, reliable.....

Paint;
Easy, inexpensive, good looking.....

Choose 2, and give up the third.

I figure every time I get a scratch, ding or dent is the time to grab the rattle can make new design cutout and let her have it.

I’ve had rattle can paint hold up pretty well. Only real issue is around the fuel tank where gas will dissolve most spray paints
