When I posted a question on RENA's website about accessories last month I know I was contacted by Classic Motorworks with the answer. They are they ones that told me RENA sent my inquiry to them to answer and would be doing that for RENA till they were set up. Supports Kevin Mahoney's comments about them parting on good terms.

One interesting aspect of the reorganization, they have discontinued the G5 Deluxe model. It's the one UCE/FI model that most closely resembles the 1950's Classic civilian Enfield's trim, with lots of chrome, hand striping & original logo, & 19" wheels. It was my favorite. Glad I bought one when I could. The late model Royal Enfield's are surprisingly good.

Ya gotta think Enfield has more product planned if they expect to open stand alone dealerships. A twin cylinder is rumored under development.
How about a twin/sidecar rig? (but not the Cozy sidecar--yuck)

With reliable electric starters today, I would think they need to put more grunt into their singles. If they are going to make a cafe' racer type of bike, it needs to do more than just look like a cafe' bike.

They have the potential to make some very interesting retro bikes that perform like modern machines. Creates a chassis similar to a featherbed, put a really gutsy engine in it with good suspension and I think the would have a real seller. But then again, I'm not sure that the younger generation, which is who I think is buying most of the new bikes these days, is into retro stuff unless it is Harley or Indian retro. I might be all wet on that, but sure have that feeling.

I'd go instantly with a Norton Commander copy.
